Things are looking up, if you do! I was busying myself with shopping, coffee with a friend and lunch with a colleague. Checking my phone between stops, never taking time to look up. As the stress began building from my toes (perhaps my shoes were too tight) to my chest (not the heart attack tightness), I needed to catch my breath. I stopped. I looked up. I took a deep breath and then… slowly exhaled.
Sometimes just centering oneself lightens the burden and provides a view to endless possibilities. That’s when things begin to look up!
